Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order enters the preparation stage and we’re unable to process cancellations. Please note that custom pieces and pre-orders are non-cancellable once confirmed. To request a cancellation, kindly reach out to us promptly via email or DM.
